Service was fantastic I left an item in the room after check out and despite not finding it at first the reception team and housekeeping checked again and were able to locate it. I had a truly wonderful stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Leicester City Centre. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what really made my stay memorable was the incredible staff. Everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly, warm, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their generosity and professionalism exceeded my expectations—whether it was offering local tips, assisting with requests, or simply greeting me with a smile, the team made me feel completely welcomed and cared for. A special thank-you to Suha, whose kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. I left with such a positive impression and will absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Leicester. Excellent stay. All the staff are amazing and very friendly rooms are comfortable location is great and the car park opposite is secure and easy to use only gripe is the windows need upgrading as they let in a lot of cold air and some street noise (but on a quiet street) but didn’t really affect our stay highly recommend

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value for money. The room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. When I read previous reviews, people mentioned there was a lot of noise coming from the outside nightclub, so I was a bit worried. However, it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great stay and I would happily return.
Great food, great room and the staff were so accommodating. Couldn’t thank them enough. Esmee, Pranil, Samil, Ajay, Manav and the many more whose names I didn’t get a chance to get were wonderful!
The room was good but the sofa bed was so uncomfortable, the reception did try and make it better with duvets on the base, which helped but definitely recommend not using it unless the mattresses are upgraded. The room Itself was lovely and the bed in the room nice and soft. Breakfast was amazing and highly recommended.
Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient to explore the city. It’s just a short walk from City Centre, Curve Theatre, Athena, and King Power Stadium, which was a big plus. The food was fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety. The service was exceptional, and every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, a wonderful experience — perfect for both business and leisure stays. I’d definitely stay here again!
